- Optional details: the project you're asking about, preferred plot size, budget, buying timeline, purpose, preferred site-visit date and time, and any message
- The page you submitted the form from
We do not offer user accounts, and we do not collect payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry — to call, WhatsApp, SMS or email you about the projects you asked about, share price lists and arrange site visits. By submitting a form you consent to being contacted about your enquiry even if your number is registered on the DND/NDNC registry, as stated beside each form.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your enquiry with the developer of the specific project you asked about, and with our own advisory team, solely to answer your enquiry.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies and does not run an analytics tool. Projects you add to My Shortlist are saved only in your own browser's local storage; they are not sent to us unless you choose to enquire about them, and you can remove them at any time with "Clear all". Some pages load content from third parties — Google Fonts, Google Maps embeds and, only when you press play, YouTube videos — which may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your interest and any resulting transaction, and for the record-keeping required by law.
Your rights

Children
